Every board is designed in conversation with the surfer: style, the breaks you ride, ability level, and what you want to feel under your feet. 1. Initial conversation — tell me what you're riding now, what you want to progress toward, and the waves you surf most. 2. Model and dimensions — we choose the shape, volume, rocker, and fin setup together. 3. Shaping at the studio — every board is hand-shaped, with progress photos along the way. 4. Glassing and finish — lamination, sanding, and optional artwork. 5. Delivery — pickup at the San Juan Capistrano studio or shipping across the U.S. Typical lead time: 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation.
